Douglas H. Fletcher grew up in the Kalahari, and eventually purchased a piece of land, which he named Sandhurst. Douglas had the vision to introduce hunting as a form of conservation and establish professional hunting outfitter, Sandhurst Safaris, in 1980. Because of its remote location, and the fact that the area teems with various species of game, Sandhurst quickly grew into a world-renowned hunting ranch.
Douglas' love for the uninhabited wilderness and its animal life was no secret. His hard work and dedication to the Hunting industry made him the legend he still is today.
Although Douglas Fletcher passed away in 2001, his passion for hunting lives on in his son, Clayton, a professional hunter and outfitter in his own right.
In 2010, Clayton and his wife Sabrina decided to continue fulfilling the family legacy by starting their own hunting business. With a lot of hard work and dedication, Tinashe was birthed.
For years the Fletcher family has welcomed hunters to Africa and now Clayton and Sabrina Fletcher will take their turn in making your African hunting safari an unforgettable adventure.
